League Rules & Governance
All league bylaws published on this site are considered official and binding for their respective leagues.
By participating in any Trading Down Fantasy league, you agree to:

• Follow the rules outlined on this site

• Accept league structures, scoring, and payout formats

• Acknowledge the authority of the league commissioner
   

Commissioner Authority
Each league is managed by a commissioner who is responsible for:

• Enforcing rules

• Resolving disputes

• Managing league operations and payouts

The commissioner has final decision-making authority in all league-related matters.
 
Rule Changes
League rules may be updated at any time to maintain fairness, integrity, or to address unforeseen situations.
By participating in a league, you agree that:

• Rules may evolve over time

• Updates may be applied as needed

• The commissioner will act in the best interest of the league
   

Payments & Payouts
All entry fees, payments, and payouts are governed by the rules of each individual league.
By participating, you agree:

• To pay league dues as required

• That failure to pay may result in penalties or removal

• That payouts will follow the structure outlined in league bylaws

All payouts are typically issued within one week of the championship unless otherwise stated.
 
Third-Party Platforms
Leagues may use third-party platforms such as:

• Sleeper

• LeagueSafe

Trading Down Fantasy is not responsible for issues, delays, or policies related to these platforms.
 
Limitation of Liability
This site and its administrators are not liable for:

• Financial losses related to league participation

• Disputes between league members

• Platform outages or third-party service issues

Participation in leagues is at your own discretion.
 
Termination
League members may be removed for:

• Failure to follow league rules

• Non-payment of dues

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior

Removal decisions are made by the commissioner.
 
Changes to These Terms
